Our Training Department

Dan Ashe has over 30 years delivering hands-on, experiential training services. With experience teaching in the US Army, as a classroom teacher at the K-12 level as well as in higher education, an online instructor, organizational consultant and professional presenter, he leads our team of trainers.

Scott Andrews brings over 30 years training experience as an Outward Bound instructor, mountaineer, challenge course guru and innovator in training systems. Both Scott and Dan exceed the ACCT guidelines for Qualified Course Professionals in Training.

We also field four other staff in our training department. Our own in-house train-the-trainer program keeps our training staff refreshed and renewed as we roll out each season. Let us know if you'd like to learn more.
